Phil Evans is a leadership and high-performance coach with experience across elite sport, executive coaching, and organisational development. , He works with organisations to strengthen leadership capability, workplace culture, and behavioural performance.

Before establishing Hexagon, Phil founded Ambition Performance Coaching, supporting professionals across accounting, finance, and legal sectors to improve resilience, emotional intelligence, leadership, and career performance.

His approach is heavily influenced by his experience in elite sport, including work connected with Liverpool Football Club, UK Athletics, and the Lawn Tennis Association. Phil is known for delivering practical, engaging, and high-energy development programs that translate performance principles into real-world leadership outcomes.
